A Little Advice: For the hands on bride who wants to plan her own wedding but needs a little guidance to get started, NicolaRobyn Events will provide our professional advice as to where to begin and discuss the basic steps in wedding planning.  This package includes two separate meetings, and a wedding planning packet to guide you through the process of creating your dream day.
Package Details:

We’ll Take It From Here: For the bride who has already worked hard to secure the details of her wedding day, but wants a professional to take over.  NicolaRobyn Events will pick up where you left off and finalize your plan with vendors, executing all of the details you planned for your wedding day.  Through an initial meeting we will review the plans you have already made and then ensure that they are in control and followed through for your day.  Additionally we will provide wedding day coordination to allow you to be “the bride” on your dream day.
Package Details:
• Initial meeting to review all services contracted by the bride
• One meeting with ceremony and reception site to coordinate details
• Provide a wedding week agenda and contact list for the professionals
• Coordinate with the bride a rehearsal sheet for attendants timing on wedding day
• Wedding week- personally contact each vendor contracted- provide map if needed
• All wedding items-book, pen, portrait, cake knife, and programs to appropriate places
• Attend and direct the rehearsal
• Distribute any final payments to vendors during the wedding weekend
• Wedding Day coordination
• Arrive at ceremony site- prior to bride- to check on details and décor
• Assist with dressing of bride, attendants and flower distribution
• Provide a wedding day emergency kit for the bride and wedding party
• Assist the ushers with seating of the guests and also ceremony processional
• Coordinate all details and timing with the photographer and videographer
• Assist with all details and timeline at the reception: bride/groom entrance, First dances, cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss
• Coordinate all departure items for the family- gifts, cake, book, portrait, pens
• Plus any other items to send home with friends or family

Beginning to End: For the busy bride who has fantasized about her wedding day but wants to entrust the details to a professional.  NicolaRobyn Events will consult with you a minimum of six months in advance to determine your dreams for your day.  We will put your ideas into action and allow you to make all of the important decisions.  We will guide you through the planning process, maintaining contact with you to ensure that we are both working together to make sure every detail is taken care of.  We are available to attend all vendor meeting with or in place of the bride. 
Package Details:
• Coordination from engagement to Wedding day
• Initial meeting to get an overview of wishes, colors and desires
• Create a personal notebook with timeline fit to your schedule budget and samples
• Personalized list of professional vendors/ceremony/reception/rehearsal dinner sites
• Arrange appointments with professional vendors- attend all meetings
• Etiquette guidance and suggestions
• Pass on any discount provided by vendors to the brides
• Set up accommodation blocks for out of town guests
• Unlimited phone calls and e-mails
• Continuous update of details and payments between professionals and bride
• Assist with all wording of wedding material script-invitations, programs announcements in newspapers
• Assist with selection of hair/make up artist
• Provide church/reception site rules to contracted professionals
• Set up transportation for the wedding weekend for guest and bridal party
• Assist the groom with his duties/responsibilities of the wedding planning
• Two weeks prior wedding- consult the officiant/clergy to review ceremony
• Set up meeting with ceremony musician to select music with program order
• Set up final wedding meetings with vendors
• Obtain bridal items for ceremony/reception: goblets, napkins
• Create a detailed itinerary, contact sheet and map for the wedding vendors
• Personally contact each vendor wedding week to ensure their contracted services
• Work with the bride and groom family for pew seating of family
• Conduct a pre-rehearsal with the bride/groom at ceremony site for placement
• Direct and assist at rehearsal-providing each attendant with a wedding day agenda
• Provide a bridal emergency kit to be available during pre-ceremony dressing
• Assist the bride and attendants during dressing for the ceremony
• Distribute final payments and tips to vendors
• Coordinate with the florist- the flower distribution for the ceremony
• Direct the seating of guests with the ushers and processional order
• Bustle wedding gown at the reception
• Coordinate reception details: Couple entrance and first dance, cake cutting, toasting departure , “exit“ gifts for guests
• Place personal items ( bouquet, cake topper, portrait, goblets, book, gifts) in area for bridal family or designated friends responsible for items
• Return of cake structure following the wedding weekend




















A La Carte: For the bride who has some areas of wedding planning under control but needs assistance in others.  NicolaRobyn Events will provide a list of services to choose from, and execute any details the bride chooses.

Invitations and Accessories
Help with selection and purchase of invitations for wedding.
Help with selection and purchase of wedding day accessories. Ie. Ring
pillows, flower girl baskets, guest books/pens, toasting glasses,
disposable cameras, cake toppers, favor supplies, bubbles, cake knife and
server sets.
Help with selection and purchase of bridal party and parent gifts

Florist
After an initial consultation NicolaRobyn Events will communicate your floral needs to a florist of your choosing
NicolaRobyn Events will guide you in the final selection of flowers,
centerpieces, linens, tabletop and other event décor
Final prototype meeting to review décor and make final revisions
Coordinate room layouts, table sizes, setup
schedule, etc.
Confirm date and time of arrival and departure
Managing florist on wedding day to ensure your vision
Assist florist with boutonnieres and corsages
Band/DJ
Assist you in your music selection for cocktails and reception
Assist you in selection of songs for first dance song, parent dance songs,
and cake cutting song and other special songs
Attend final music meeting with the bandleader/DJ to review all music
selections, special requests and flow of the evening

Coordinate band staging and setup, lighting,
power, attire, and manages the pace of the evening with the
bandleader/DJ.

server, flower girl basket, unity candle, favors etc.
Favors
Assist in selection of favors for wedding. Provision of creative ideas for
favors to coordinate with wedding theme.
Hotels
Assistance with hotel room blocks for out of town guests, delivery of guest
baskets to rooms before guests arrive
Assistance with booking of wedding night suite and decoration of suite
with any of the items you choose: Rose Petals, Chocolate, Cheese, Fruit,
Flowers, Champagne Flutes, Candles
Unique and Personalized Ideas
Help to incorporate your ethnic background, heritage and/or unique
elements that are special to the couple.
